Reiki I is the first step in the Reiki Process. The ability to do Reiki is passed onto a practitioner by receiving an attunement or initiation from a Reiki Master. This attunement is all you need to use Reiki healing energy in your own life and for those around you.

REIKI training will open the healing channels within you. Once attuned, Reiki energy will freely flow enhancing your health and well being. It benefits our lives in sickness and in health.

This class will prepare the participant as a Level I Reiki Practitioner. The following are included:

1. The History of Reiki
2. Teaching of the Reiki hand positions
3. The first level attunements
4. Supervised practice of a Reiki Treatment

Participants will learn to give Reiki Treatments

This is the foundation of all three degrees and should first be mastered before the person considers the next degree.

Reiki II
This is the second step in learning to use Reiki. This is where students learn three energy symbols to enhance the power of Reiki. Another attunement is given to increase one’s channel/ability to handle the Reiki energy flow.  Students will learn how to use the three symbols for mental/emotional healing and to send distant healing.
